We removed the existing garage and added a new 3 car garage with a second floor in-law apartment, complete with kitchen, living area and bathroom. The existing home remodel consisted of a complete gut of the first floor with a new kitchen and bathroom. Outside, we installed a new 5 bedroom septic system, landscape irrigation, new asphalt driveway and landscaping.
